Membership terms

ShoeMatch Pro is access to features on this site: price-drop alerts, unlimited Shoe Match runs, a higher daily ShoeScan allowance, saved comparisons and full favourites. It is not a shoe, a discount on a shoe, a store credit, or any kind of guarantee about price or availability at a retailer.

• Monthly membership is $4.99, charged every month until you cancel.
• Annual membership is $39.99, charged every year until you cancel.
• It renews automatically on the same card at the start of each period. Your next payment date is always shown on your membership page.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. The current prices are always the ones on the pricing page.

Where a free trial is offered, the length is stated at checkout and on your membership page. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into a paid membership at the price shown and the first payment is taken then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Open Membership and choose "Cancel membership", or use the secure billing portal linked on that page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro features until that date, and nothing is charged after it. No phone call or email is required.

You can switch between monthly and annual from the membership page. The change and any difference in price are handled by our payment processor and shown to you before it is confirmed.

If something was charged in error, or a feature you paid for was not available, contact us through the contact page and we will review it. Where the law of your country gives you a cancellation or refund right, that right applies regardless of anything written here.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ShoeMatch never sees or stores your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for what payment information is kept.

If we change or withdraw a Pro feature, we will say so on this site. If we end a paid membership without you cancelling, you are not charged again after that point. The full Terms of Service apply to your account.
