Who runs this site
ShoeMatch is an independent, privately run project. Operator details have not been published yet, so we are not going to invent a company name, an address or a support team that does not exist.
A published contact address is not live yet. Rather than show a mailbox that bounces, this page will list the real address as soon as it exists.
Reporting a wrong price or a broken link
Every product page shows the retailer it was read from and the date it was checked. If what you see on the retailer's page differs from what we show, that listing is stale and we want to know. Include the product page URL from this site and what the retailer actually shows.
Retailers and brands: removals and image requests
Product photos are hot-linked from the retailer's own servers and are shown to identify the product being linked to. If you are the rights holder and want a listing or an image removed, say so and it will be removed — we will not argue the point first.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell shoes, so we cannot look up an order, process a return, change a delivery address or issue a refund. For anything about a purchase, contact the retailer you bought from. See our terms and how we verify listings.
