ShoeMatch indexes shoe listings published by retailers and shows you what those listings said when we last read them. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own website under their terms. We are not a shop, a marketplace or a payment processor for footwear, and we hold no inventory of any kind.

When you use a “Shop at” link you leave ShoeMatch for the brand or retailer's own website. That company is the seller. They take your payment and handle inventory, order processing, packaging, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges and customer service. Any dispute about an order is between you and them. ShoeMatch is not a party to the transaction and cannot cancel, refund, track or return an order.

Shoe Match Pro is an optional subscription to the finder tools on this site — unlimited Shoe Match AI, price-drop alerts and saved comparisons. It is a software service, never a shoe, and it gives no discount, priority or claim on any retailer's stock.

An account is optional — browsing, searching and comparing need no sign-up. If you create one, you must be 13 or older, give a real email address, keep your password to yourself and stay responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are personal: do not share them or try to reach another person's data. If you are under 13, use the site without an account, or ask a parent or guardian to hold the account. See the Privacy Policy for how children's information is handled.

Shoe Match Pro renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, not by us; we never see your card details. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Corrections, deal submissions and reports are reviewed by a person before anything is published or changed — a report never edits verified catalog data on its own. Submit only information you believe to be true, and nothing unlawful, abusive or private to somebody else. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission, and we publish no reviews, ratings or testimonials of our own.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning ShoeMatch can earn a commission if you buy after clicking one, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled and explained on the affiliate disclosure page. Commission never changes what is ranked, recommended or shown.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attacks the site or breaks these terms.

This site is independent. It is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Nike, adidas, Puma, Under Armour, New Balance, ASICS or any other footwear company or retailer named on it. Brand names and product names are used descriptively to identify the goods those companies sell.

We copy prices, stock and specifications from retailer listings and stamp every record with the date it was read. Retailers change prices, sell out and remove pages without telling us, so the figures here can be out of date the moment after we check. Always confirm on the retailer's page before buying. We give no warranty that any information on the site is current, complete or error-free.

Shoe Match is a filter over published fields — activity, price, stock, size, brand. It is not medical, podiatric, athletic or financial advice, and it does not know your feet. If you have an injury or a medical condition, speak to a qualified professional.

Use the site for personal shoe research. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others, do not attempt to break into it, and do not republish the catalog as if it were your own dataset.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for anything you buy from a retailer, for a price that changed after our check, or for a retailer's conduct.
